Parameters

STRING	String	String to decrypt.
BOOL	*urlFriendly*	Optional. The string to decrypt was encrypted as URL friendly. More info: str_encrypt

Decrypts a string encrypted with str_encrypt (PHP) or str_encrypt (JavaScript).
